Your driver opens doors, takes photos, carries your wine, picks up lunch, brings snacks and water, and keeps you on schedule — all the details handled so you can focus on the wine.
Sonoma County is one of California's most diverse wine regions — stretching from the cool Pinot Noir country of Russian River Valley and the Petaluma Gap to the bold Zinfandels of Dry Creek and the warm Cabernets of Alexander Valley. With over 400 wineries across 19 distinct AVAs, every tour can be completely different from the last.

Cool marine fog funnels in from the Pacific each morning, creating ideal conditions for world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Williams Selyem, Gary Farrell, Merry Edwards, Rochioli, and Martinelli are among the valley's most celebrated producers — many available only by appointment.
A narrow, sun-drenched valley northwest of Healdsburg that has become synonymous with old-vine Zinfandel. Dry Creek Vineyard, Ridge Lytton Springs, Quivira, and Seghesio define this AVA — bold, earthy wines in a beautifully rural setting perfect for a full touring day.
Healdsburg's walkable town plaza anchors three world-class wine regions within 20 minutes. Alexander Valley to the north produces exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot — Jordan, Stonestreet, and Rodney Strong are standouts in this warm, scenic corridor.
The original Sonoma wine region runs from the town of Sonoma south through the fog-cooled Carneros AVA. Gundlach Bundschu, Hamel Family Wines, Buena Vista, and Kunde Estate offer a rich diversity of styles — from elegant sparkling wine to bold Zinfandel.
An emerging cool-climate corridor where persistent ocean winds push Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to exceptional acidity and complexity. Halleck Vineyard, Pax Wine Cellars, and Dutton-Goldfield are among the producers putting this windy western Sonoma zone on the map.
Sonoma County's largest city sits at the center of wine country, surrounded by tasting rooms, urban wineries, and easy access to Russian River, Dry Creek, and Bennett Valley AVAs. An ideal base for a multi-day Sonoma wine tour — great food, great hotels, great wine on every corner.
Bring your dog — it's your car. Destination Drivers offers dog-friendly wine tours throughout Sonoma County, and our drivers are happy to keep your pup company at any winery that isn't pet-friendly — whether that means a walk through the vines or relaxing in the air-conditioned car. Ask about our "dog for the day" option, available for a small fee or donation to a local animal rescue. Call 833.868.7733 ext 2
